Subscription Services

CHARGES AND BILLING: You are responsible for providing a valid credit card number at the time you register for a Subscription Service, such as our Gold, Silver or Bronze memberships. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of such credit card, and you agree to pay all charges resulting from your subscription service account at the prices then in effect. You agree that WWISH, Inc. may pass your credit card information and related personally identifiable information to its designated service provider(s) for their use in charging you for appropriate services utilized through your subscription service. WWISH, Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate membership plans, change prices, or institute new charges for any subscription service plan at any time with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Notice shall be provided by U.S. Mail at your last known address. Please keep your contact information current.

CANCELLATION: Your Subscription Service will be set to automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the end of the period in which you have pre-paid, unless you have indicated that you would like to cancel your subscription. If you choose to cancel your Subscription Service during the time period for which you have pre-paid, your account will not automatically renew and your Subscription Service privileges will be rescinded at the end of that period. If you choose to cancel your Subscription Service during the period for which you have pre-paid, you will not receive a refund. To cancel your Subscription Service, click on the "cancel my subscription" button on the WWISH website and follow the instructions. WWISH will not accept Subscription Service cancellations by phone, mail, fax or email. If you choose to cancel your Subscription Service during the automatic month-to-month renewal period, you must cancel at least ten (10) days prior to the first day of the month you would like to begin your cancellation. At any time after you cancel your Subscription Service, you are welcome to come back and subscribe again.

Applicable Law and Venue

While WWISH, Inc. has made no effort to publish the Site elsewhere, the Site is accessible in all 50 states of the United States and in other countries. You and WWISH, Inc. both benefit from establishing a predictable legal environment in regard to the Site.
