Dr. Vivian Ledesma, owner of Alliance Chiropractic, knew from the early age of 5 that she wanted to be some kind of doctor. Celebrating 17 years of chiropractic service in the North Seattle community, Dr. Vivian says that her patients are forward-thinking about health care, are active, and enjoy the outdoors. She sees lives change and worlds open up when people can return to doing what they love without pain. Health, nutrition, and physical fitness have always been essential in her life so when thinking about what career to pursue, it seemed only natural to do something that fit her lifestyle. In addition, chiropractic treatment had helped her father with a back injury so it just made sense for her to look into chiropractic school. Throughout her education, Dr. Vivian discovered how the spine protects the nervous system and how when it is not in alignment, health problems develop. Working with the spine to remove nerve interference and restore movement and posture is not the only service Dr. Vivian provides – she promotes a healthy lifestyle too. She finds the high success rate with chiropractic care most rewarding. “I love the exchange I have with people, the relationship we develop. I help them move through life with more comfort,” she says.
